Future Progression Exercise (from Dolores Cannon):
2 RULES:
1) Never create anything that will harm another person!
2) Never create anything that will take away from another person!
Think about the Future:
What do I want to create?
What will I accomplish?
Where will I be?
Who is there?
What will I/we be doing?
1. Close your eyes & picture yourself standing at the bottom of a long, tall marble staircase.
2. Picture yourself walking up the stairs to a landing.
3. At the top of the landing are 3 doors:
Door with a 1 on it (1 year), Door with a 3 on it (3 years), Door with a 5 on it (5 years)
4. Choose a door.
5. Now you open the door and see a thick, dense fog.
6. Walk through the fog.
7. As you walk through the fog, it begins to clear.
Question 1: What is on the other side of the fog?
Question 2: Who is there, on the other side of the fog?
Question 3: What do you see?
8. Now think of the next important event that will happen.
Question 1: What is happening?
Question 2: What do you see?
Question 3: Who is there?
9. Open your eyes, and (if you like) write down everything that you visualized.
